Outstanding Work Orders
Gain a comprehensive view of your open work orders, enabling you to monitor pending tasks. Use this page to track key information like site details, service provider, due dates, compliance categories, and more. Access work orders and their events directly from this tab, use filters to quickly find specific ones, monitor linked work orders, and add tags to them for reporting purposes. You can also check the status of open planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work orders by selecting PPM in the Priority filter.
Navigate to Service > WO Outstanding > Outstanding Work Orders.
The smart table displays the following:

WO #: Unique number that identifies each work order. Click it to access the Work Order Summary page.

Event/activity: Event number associated. If the event number is blue, click it to access Work Event Detail and see details about the event that originated the work order.

WO type: Billing type, such as Normal, Quote, Estimate, PPM, Comprehensive payment, and Not PPM.

Status: Current status of the work order, such as Quote, Approved, or In progress. Click it to view more details about the work order.

External reference #: Reference number for an external entity.

Provider reference #: Provider’s reference number for the work order.

Tags: Labels that categorize the work order, such as Recalled. Click it to add a new tag if none exists.

ETA: Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the technician who will perform the service.

Alarm status: Current status of the alarm, such as Active or Closed.

Fixture #: Unique identifier for the asset used in remote monitoring, enabling precise tracking and management.

Sub WO#: Number for subcontractor-assigned work orders.

Priority: Urgency level for the work order. For example, P1 - Emergency or P4 - Non-emergency.

Site type: The kind of site, such as Education, Facility, Retail, and so on.

Site name: Site where the work is being done.

Site description: Description of the site.

Fix due date/time: Deadline for completing the fix.

Date/time opened: Work order creation date and time, displayed according to the time zone indicated in your user profile.

Service provider: Company responsible for the maintenance.

Category and Subcategory: Classifications of the assets linked to the work order.

Work order name: The name, description, or reason for the work order.

Compliance category: Broad category of compliance work, such as fire alarm, electrical, fuel, and others.
- Space and Space type: Classifications of the specific are within the site where work is happening.

Parent organization: Organizational hierarchy for the work order, from first to fourth level.

Client: Name of the client associated with the work order.

Open links: Number of open work orders linked to this one. Click it to view more information about existing linked site events and work orders.

Watching: Number of people who are watching the work order and receiving notification about it.
- Created by: User who created the work order.

Created by role: Role of the user who created the work order.

WO age (days): Number of days the work order is open.
