CPPM Viewer

Sites > Select a site > CPPM > CPPM Viewer.

This page provides a summarized view of CPPMs and their statuses for a site over a one year period.

You see past and future CPPM visits and the compliance status of CPPM work orders.

The viewer functions as a smart table revolving around the document status, such as linked work orders. It's filtered on criteria that include:

  • PPM Name: Specific name of the PPM. Clicking on it navigates you to Compliance PPM, filtered by the PPM name, where all open work orders for the contract display, with the latest compliance flag status

  • Compliance category: Broad category of compliance work, such as fire alarm, electrical, fuel, and others

  • Contractor: The company responsible for performing the maintenance work

  • Months from January to December

The CPPM Viewer table contains Linked Work Order colorful flags that indicate the presence of a corresponding CPPM document. To understand the flags meaning, see CPPM Viewer Key.
