Asbestos Register

vx Suite differentiates asbestos as a separate type of hazard.

The Asbestos Register table allows you to view the asbestos status at a site level:

1. The table shows basic information about each site, its status, location, and so forth.

2. The columns in the table indicate the presence of asbestos at a site, and if asbestos was present but has since been removed.

vx Suite's Hazards functionality contains a normalized field called Hazard is Asbestos.

1. This field indicates whether or not the hazard is related to the presence of asbestos.

2. This value displays on the Hazardous Material Types table (in Client Admin) and the Hazardous Materials Register section (within Site Information).

Additionally, the Hazardous Materials Register table (within Site Information) has the following columns:

1. Location

2. Location Detail

3. Date Modified

4. Modified By
