Accruent Observe 2024.02 Release Notes
We're delivering this automatic upgrade on February 20, 2024, with these highlights:
- Hotlink: Enabled direct access to OEM user manuals in Observe, facilitating quick information retrieval for technicians.
- Smart Table: Transitioned the Site Layout Upload table to a Smart Table, improving user experience with advanced filtering options.
- Dashboard: Updated the dashboard to show multiple site names in the header, aligning with AOEM Overview dashboard functionality.
Hotlink to vxMaintain OEM manuals

Implemented the capability to upload and access OEM user manuals and other documents for site controllers within Observe, streamlining information retrieval for technicians.
Convert Site Layout page to new smart table

Upgraded the Site Layout Upload table within vxMaintain to a Smart Table, enhancing user experience with integrated filtering and maintaining existing view, delete, and upload functionalities.
Bill validation dashboard - show multiple sites on header

Enhanced the Bill Validation Dashboard to display the names of multiple selected sites in the header, ensuring uniform functionality with the AOEM Overview configuration dashboard.
Add Stored Log as a column in System Variables table

Introduced a Log Location column to the System Variables table, providing clear visibility of where each data element's logs are stored, such as Telemetry Numeric Log, Telemetry Text Log, or Setpoint Log.
Update suspension language

Updated the terminology for Scheduled Suspension status to Start Suspension Later (Yes) and Start Suspension Now (No) and specified Site's local time for Scheduled Start across Bureau, My Portal, and Suspend Monitoring for enhanced clarity.
Add Open and Date of Service for SIC/FVT's to the SIC/FVT table
