Executive Dashboard updates

We created a new configuration page for the Executive Dashboard that lets you save multiple configurations per dashboard.
You can also now select or clear multiple organizations at once to filter by. All organizations still display by default, but you can now view data for multiple, select organizations rather than all organizations or just a single organization.

System Events |
We resolved an issue blocking system creation without a proper error. Previously, the system ID was being duplicated across the entire client. Now it will only look for that same ID at the site, but in any status. |
