Assets, Work order closure

Select a non-tagged asset when completing a work order in Mobile and WorkSpace, eliminating the asset tag requirement. This change enables more efficient completion of work orders for tasks like wiring or pipework.

Work orders advance to the correct status after approval in Group Approvals, with the select box column always consistently loading in the first position. Favorite filters also properly display the default approval level.
