Scan assets into PPMs on Mobile
VXMAIN-28734
You can now scan assets into the PPM Asset section on Mobile, allowing technicians in the field to add assets to a PPM work order via QR code without having to enter asset info manually.
Copy values with a single click
VXMAIN-28489
Smart tables now include a clipboard button next to cell values, allowing you to copy the values to your clipboard more easily. We added the same clipboard at the top of the Work Order Summary to copy the work order number.
Narrow PPM assets by category in the PPM Builder
VXMAIN-28736
You can now narrow down the list of assets people can add to a PPM work order via the PPM Builder by setting the asset categories/subcategories allowed. This makes it easier to find appropriate assets when including multiple assets on PPMs.
Turn on click menus based on preference
VXMAIN-28427
You can now opt to click through menus to open child pages instead of hovering over a menu selection. The menu includes arrows at the end of each menu item with a child page. Click the arrow to display the child page.
System History Table upgraded to Smart Table
VXERM-1089
The System History table has been converted to a smart table, featuring dropdown filters for Leak Status and Event Type, and direct links from the system detail page. Deleted events are hidden, and the table now includes a UOM field for both Amount Added and Amount Recovered, with the UOM column separated for clarity. Event and Work Order numbers are linked for quick access to details, and the Leak Rate field displays as a numerical value with a percentage symbol. All standard exporting options remain available.
Refrigerant Leak Query revised in Work Orders
VXERM-1095
The question Was a refrigerant leak found during this work order? now includes enhanced leak reporting, with unchanged follow-up actions. You can log Repair Attempted events without cylinder data.
