Accruent vx Maintain 2024.03 Release Notes

We're delivering this automatic upgrade on March 18, 2024, with these highlights:

• WorkSpace Job Complete: The form design is refreshed and includes variants for different work order types and a smart table for the Asset Operational Status dialog. The form loads dynamically for improved efficiency.

• Asset Tags: You can now remove asset tags on the Indicate PPM Assets page with a single click. The new list builder retains persistent values and includes a smart table chooser where you can select multiple assets simultaneously.

• Non-Tagged Assets: The field includes the refreshed WorkSpace form design.

OpenWorkOrders Webservice now supports Reactive Activities

If your organization uses web services, you now can use the OpenWorkOrders web service to add Reactive Activities in the same way as the GetClientData service.

UK VAT Compliance Update for Invoice Submission

You can require providers to submit an invoice document for VXM invoices using the new Require a Document at Invoice Submission setting. If set to Yes, a red warning messages indicates that the user must attach a document during the Service Complete and Group Invoice Submission processes. To ensure compliance, submissions are blocked until the document is attached. If set to No, the process remains unchanged.

A new field was added to the Provider Setup importer to enable the inclusion of a required document on VXM invoices. The work order number on the Group Invoice Submission form links to its summary, with access dependent on user permissions. Additionally, work orders cannot be submitted without the required attachments, ensuring adherence to VAT audit requirements.

GetWorkOrderInvoiceData XSD Enhancement for Field Length Specifications

The GetWorkOrderInvoiceData XSD now includes maxLength values for each field that define the expected output length for XML response data. This enables you to create staging tables that match the output precisely and optimize the ETL process for performance and storage efficiency.

PPM Name Added to PPM Contract Store Viewer Table

The PPM Contract Store Viewer table has been updated to include the PPM Name column. This addition ensures that you have access to complete information, as the PPM Name was previously missing from the table. Text filters have been enabled for this new column, and it is positioned after the provider name by default for easy viewing.

Expanded Historical Date Selection in WorkSpace

The WorkSpace date chooser has been enhanced to allow you to select past dates extending back to the year 1900. This update removes the previous limitation of a 10-year range, providing greater flexibility for historical data entry. The change applies to specific WorkSpace form date pickers, including:

• Site > Date Opened

• Site > Date Closed

• Systems > ERM Active Date

Accounting Review Table Now Displays Linked Work Orders

The Accounting Review smart table in WorkSpace now includes the Open Linked Work Orders column to help you view linked work orders. The column is cleared by default for existing users and is not displayed unless chosen. This is similar to the Open Links column in the All Work Orders table, where you can open a dialog for more details. When exporting data, only the displayed number of linked work orders are included.

Password Peak Feature added to Login Screens

To help prevent sign on errors, you can now double-click the Password Peak icon to reveal the password you typed while signing on to Mobile and WorkSpace platforms. Click the icon to hide the password.

Asset History Events to include Technician names

We now record the first and last names of Technicians in asset history events. This enhancement is triggered when updates are made through EditAssets. An optional field has been added to the webservice to accept the username of the user editing the asset. Validation ensures that the username corresponds to an individual on the provider's roster, or if a client webservice user is making the edit, the username can be from the client, site, or client partner roster. If no username is provided, the system will attribute the action to the webservice user making the request.

Job Complete Form redesign in WorkSpace

We made an update in the WorkSpace Job Complete form for a cleaner look, preserving all existing display and requirement logic. The form features two variants for Reactive and PPM Work Order closures and integrates a new smart table in the Asset Operational Status dialog for data entry. Job Complete elements load only upon initiating the relevant action, streamlining the user experience.

Indicate PPM Assets Page Fix for Asset Removal

The Indicate PPM Assets page has been fixed to ensure that clicking the "X" to remove an asset tag from the list now functions correctly.

Additionally, the page has been upgraded with a new list builder that retains values after saving checked items. The plus button now launches a smart table chooser for asset selection, and multiple items can be added to the list at once. The Non-Tagged Assets data field has also been updated to match the WorkSpace form style.

New Webservice Permission for Indicate Partial Fix

WorkSpace now grants you a dedicated webservice permission within WorkOrderActions, enabling the use of the <indicate_partial_fix_sla> action without altering the SLA. This update allows Co-op providers to comply with client needs by indicating partial fixes via webservice integrations.
