The filter dialog on smart tables now appears directly to the right of a column you click, providing immediate access for easier filtering.
Quote work order notifications - NTE Value

Developed improvements to the notification system for Quotes and Estimates that now accurately reflect the approved Not-to-Exceed (NTE) values. Upon approval, the notification emails will display the updated NTE amount, ensuring recipients are informed of the current approved figures. Additionally, the emailed values will be presented in the correct currency format, enhancing clarity and reducing potential confusion.
Hide financials on work order history

You can now use permissions to hide financial values on work order history, allowing partners contracted to a job to administer other contractors without revealing sensitive financial info. One permission hides financial values from all end users, and another hides it from selected organizations. For the latter, only contractors linked to the partner on the Partner Configuration Attributes > Providers page are able to financials on work order history.
Web service data field request

Enhanced the GetWorkOrderData Webservice by detailing the maximum length values for each field in the associated XSD schema. This update provides clarity on data constraints, optimizing external ETL processes for performance and storage efficiency. The XSD now includes explicit maxLength values, ensuring data consumers can accurately map and validate field sizes. Both the standard test harness and the Swagger documentation have been updated to reflect these changes, facilitating better integration and data handling for users leveraging the Webservice.
Email options missing from Log Note on Cancelled WO

Updated the system to allow full email recipient access during Log Note actions on cancelled work orders across both Mobile and WorkSpace, with the exclusion of providers to prevent confusion.
Automatically reject invoices based on set criteria

In our latest vxMaintain update, we've introduced an enhancement to the Auto Approval Exceptions rules, allowing for a new Reject option alongside the existing No (flag only) and Yes (manual invoice processing) settings. This feature enables automatic work order rejection based on monetary criteria, complete with a dropdown for specifying rejection reasons that will be recorded in the event history. Additionally, the rule name and matched criteria causing the rejection are automatically appended to the comment field for transparency. This update affects all invoices, including those from web services, ensuring a more streamlined and automated invoice management process.
Invoice Date in Accepted for Payment tab

Add finance codes to upload_work_orders_template

Implemented the inclusion of Finance Codes in the All Work Orders table importer, allowing users to apply specific finance codes during work order creation, with validation against client-defined codes.
PPM Schedule Viewer

vxMaintain has been updated to include a calendar view for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), accessible from the PPM Schedule Viewer on the Service menu. This feature allows users to filter PPMs and visualize them on a calendar, facilitating an understanding of maintenance schedules and work release timings. The calendar offers both a site view and a provider view, each providing relevant scheduling details. Interaction with calendar items yields in-depth information for efficient planning. The current update introduces the Annual view, which is designed to give a view of PPMs expected in the selected calendar year, ensuring prompt access to data.
Required Start Work Order on EAM
