We're delivering this automatic upgrade on January 16, 2024, with these highlights:

• PPM Builder: Adjust PPM schedules by manually generating work orders directly from the PPM Builder

• Barcodes and QR codes: Access the application directly with automated barcode and QR code scanning

• Schematics and photos: Manage site schematics and photos from a smart table, without having to access individual files

• Invoice approvals: Gain more control over automated invoice approval by configuring specific threshold costs that flag or stop auto-approvals when met

Manually create PPM work orders from the PPM Builder

You can now manually create PPM work orders directly from the PPM Builder, allowing you to configure and perform manual work order generation for preventive maintenance from the same space. This feature enrichment for the PPM Builder simplifies the process for adjusting the automated PPM generation schedule when needed.

Automatically scan barcodes and QR codes

We updated scanning to automatically scan barcodes and QR codes and give you direct access to the application without having to submit a captured photo.

Easily manage schematics and photos from a new smart table

You can now preview, download, add new files, and edit files directly on Schematics and Photos, which we updated to the new smart table. We also renamed the page to Site Documents.

Flag or stop automatic invoice approvals with more precision

VXMAIN-27614

Get more granular with flagging invoices you don't want to be automatically approved. You can now create threshold cost values that trigger an auto-approval exception, filtering line items or total costs for items such as travel, parts, and labor to flag or stop an automated invoice approval so you can review it manually. Whenever an invoice includes costs that exceed the exception criteria, the exception rule either flags it for a manual review or stops the automatical approval altogether, depending on your rule configuration.

Refrigerant Charges	Refrigerant charges now use the unit of measurement (UOM) from the event involved if there is no refrigerant rate UOM configured for the provider/gas type, and if there is no UOM from the event, it uses your default UOM. You can turn off/on this feature with the new toggle for Refrigerant Charges.	VXERM-1056
Retrofit Events	With proper permission, you can now delete past retrofit events to correct data errors. History reflects leak rates as though you never entered the deleted retrofit event, and deletions are logged in event history.	VXERM-1055
