Equipment details on work order emails

We added equipment details to our standard work order email notifications, giving technicians immediate clarity on the assets they will be servicing.
Dispatch rule prioritization
Dispatch Authorization Rules now include the priority field to dictate what order they should be processed in. The priority is processed by rule type. Values allowed 1-99, 1 being first, 99 being last.

Dispatch authorization rules now have a prioritization system, determining which rules are processed first and ensuring work orders dispatch as expected. automatic approval when expected.
You can set a priority value of 1 to 99, with the lower values being processed first. All rules are set to 50 by default. When rules are of the same level, they use the lowest threshold value as they did previously.
See and manage all work order tags in one place

Our new page (added to both the main application and to the Mobile Dashboard) shows all tagged work orders in one place and lets you update tags directly on the page. This makes it far easier to see and respond to tagged work orders so all the processes based on tag categorization can run smoothly.
Add documents to linked work orders on Mobile

We're delivering on the SalesForce IDEA to be able to include work order documents when you link one work order to another on Mobile. When you select the option to include documents, original work order documents display, allowing you to select or clear the documents you want to include.
Update contract associations faster

You can now add multiple categories (along with corresponding subcategories and problem types) to a contract at once, expediting the process of updating these contract associations.
