We updated the Save and Add Duplicate function to properly load all needed asset details and pull in the correct attributes for the asset type.

You can now filter by category and manufacturer to locate the correct asset type on the Mobile Add Asset page.

The Credit Memos feature now prevents submissions with net-negative amounts, ensuring you bill the provider rather than being billed. You can still enter negative values for items in a submission as long as the net total is greater than 0.

The Contractor Association Viewer now loads in a reasonable amount of time.

Contractor part details no longer blocks customer pricing values.

Provider name is now exposed on the Mobile Dashboard admin to aid in copying tiles.

Dispatch schedules now work properly for outbound calls.

Group Provider Association tables now save their advanced filters for later user.

Linked work orders now inherit the originating work order’s finance code values.

Linking an existing work order from a site now loads in a reasonable amount of time.

The following items are part of the continued development of the new Parts & Inventory module, which will be available for purchase this year.

• You can now send notifications to multiple parties, and notifications for canceled or rejected part requests now include the reason for and comments about the cancellation or rejection.

• We added a dialog to convert an equipment part to an asset. This action is required if you enforce asset creation in your configuration.

• We updated the Roster page to reflect the newer vehicle implementation.

• You can now select parts from a company's inventory on a work order in Mobile, using a new dialog.

• We added fuzzy search capability on the Indicate Parts dialog. Fuzzy search finds parts that approximately match your search value so that you don't have to remember exact details of the part you're looking for.

• We updated notifications to show the quantity in the part status column for the updates that were made.

We updated the Part Importer to support Excel and Tab formats and export in those formats. Utilizing the Excel format better handles different language sets. Previously, Excel's import of CSV values was breaking the import function.

We resolved the view of the Compliance Category when you select something different from the PPM set value.

We implemented duplicate validation checks on the Provider Working Schedules smart table. We updated the top half of the page to use the new WorkSpace form style.

We updated role permissions for access to the new Create Work Order page. Roles that previously had access only to the Call Center now have access to the Create Work Order page.

The Site Documents filter now displays compliance categories in alphabetical order.

The allocated technician now shows in the Provider section of the Work Order Summary.

Site audit text responses now allow 4,000 characters.
