Accruent vx Maintain 23.05 Release Notes

The 2023.05 May release of vx Maintain is being delivered as an automatic upgrade on May 15, 2023.

Here's what's changed:

• New import capabilities and asset detail enforcement for PPMs

• New development on upcoming Parts & Inventory module

• Accessibility updates

• Other improvements and bug fixes

PPM Updates

We made the following enhancements to PPMs:

• You can now import sites and assets to a PPM using the import tool.

• You can now bulk update the setting to enforce PPM asset details on contracts using the PPM Contract Group Update tool. We also moved the Enforce PPM asset details setting from the Client Profile > Work Order Life Cycle client profile page to the Advanced Options page for PPMs.

New development on upcoming Parts & Inventory module

The following items are part of the continued development of the new Parts & Inventory module, which will be available for purchase this year. We added:

• the ability to filter by location attribute when configuring location information for a part request

• the ability to link to part requests from the Mobile Work Order Summary page

• new logic for reserving internal or requisition part requests to increase the Reserved quantity at the part location and then move reserved part counts to the Outbound quantity once shipped

• a part category tree on the left of the Choose parts dialog that filters parts to select for part request creation

• the ability to transfer parts from one location to another on Mobile

• the ability to apply a part location or company selection to all parts on a part request when sourcing a request

• the ability to apply a part location or part space selection to all parts when transferring inventory

• your Last Viewed part request to the Favorites menu

• the Part List to Mobile

• the ability to bill for parts from inventory on a work order invoice

  This setting is off by default. Parts from different locations and part requests show as separate line items.

• GetAPinvoices API

  JSON formats are now supported and part-request-related data is now present in the invoice details.

• the ability to add supplier branches for future workforce management development

• the ability to convert an equipment part to an asset

  This can be required based on asset creation configuration .

Work Order Creation	The asset operation status is now required/optional as intended based on your configuration.	VXMAIN-26257
Work Order Tiles, Dashboard, SalesForce IDEAs	We added the Invoice Processed status to work order tiles. This status has restrictions on the amount of data shown, defaulting to a 30-day work order complete filter with option to add a 60-day window.
