Accruent vx Maintain 23.04 Release Notes

The 2023.04 April release of vx Maintain is being delivered as an automatic upgrade on April 17, 2023.

Here's what's changed:

• New development on upcoming Parts & Inventory module

• Over 50 pages updated to new smart table

• Other improvements and bug fixes

New development on upcoming Parts & Inventory module

The following items are part of the continued development of the new Parts & Inventory module, which will be available for purchase this year. We added:

• the ability to add or update company attributes within Part Location Details.

• the Part Request Detail page on Mobile so you can respond to part requests there.

• a link to the parent part request for requisition or internal/transfer requests (that is, the request submitted before it was changed to a requisition or internal/transfer request).

• the ability to use site attributes, work order related info (work order priority, work order billing type, and so on), and part request info as criteria in notification rules.

• the ability to add parts from inventory to a work order via the Mobile Work Order Summary page.

• Parts from Inventory info on Mobile invoice approvals.

• the new Supplier Parts page, showing the inventory and sales prices for a supplier.

• the ability to create part requests from Mobile.

• the ability to add billing for inventory parts on work order invoices.

• an admin setting allowing you to require asset creation when an equipment class part is used on a work order.

• the ability to indicate parts from inventory on the work order summary.

• the ability to assign a vehicle to a user.

• the ability to set requested parts to received.

• the Parts tab on the work order summary, where you can see all parts on a work order and link to part requests.
