The 2023.03 March release of vx Maintain is being delivered as an automatic upgrade on March 20, 2023.

New development on upcoming Parts & Inventory module
The following items are part of the continued development of the new Parts & Inventory module, which will be available for purchase this year. We added:

the ability transfer part locations in bulk on the Inventory page
We also added Transfer Inventory as a Reason Type on the Parts & Inventory > Admin > Company Reason Details page to facilitate this.

the ability to set specific prices for parts for customer companies

the ability to filter the Inventory pages by company attribute

more criteria options for building part request approval rules

a new email template for use with our Parts & Inventory notification rules
Rule configuration dictates what is shown on the template.

the Part Request Detail > History page which shows all the events for a request (creation, parts added, approval, and so on)

the Inventory and Part Requests pages for the Mobile Dashboard

the ability to change a General part request to an Internal or Requisition part request

the Create a part request option on the work order Action menu, allowing you to include part requests on a work order on behalf of the associated service provider

Import capabilities on the Inventory page, allowing you to add, edit, or transfer inventory in bulk
Permissions are available to control access to the importer.

Part status updates as a new Alert trigger for part request notifications, allowing you to set up notifications for when the fulfillment status of an approved request changes
