Accruent vx Maintain 23.01 Release Notes

The 2023.01 January release of vx Maintain is being delivered as an automatic upgrade on January 16, 2023.

Here's what's changed:

• Renamed Vehicles pages

• Type-ahead search for asset tag

• Other improvements and bug fixes

Renamed Vehicles pages

As part of introducing a new Vehicles page that will tie into Parts & Inventory and Workforce Management, we renamed the legacy Vehicles pages to Vehicles - Legacy. We also updated permission names to reflect the change.

Type-ahead search for asset tag

We added a type-ahead dropdown for the Asset Tag search on the Create New Work Order page, streamlining your ability to find assets by tag number, asset type, or manufacturer. The chooser smart table is accessible via a link above the Asset Tag field if you want to use that instead.

Improvements and issues fixed

Component	Summary
Approvals	We added the Site Type column to the Approvals and Group Approvals pages.
Invoices, Finance Codes	You can now use finance codes to affect invoice approval and exception rules.
Mobile, Export	We updated the Mobile Excel export on All Work Orders to treat the invoice amount column as a number field.
Providers	We separated the permissions for the Attributes tab from the core Provider Site Profile.
Sites	We added street address to contract site historical updates.
Swagger Webservices	We updated Swagger Webservices to support JSON requests.
Work Order Approvals	Split attributions no longer require one value to be chosen per section.
