Editable refrigerant rate bill status
VXMAIN-30667
Edit refrigerant bill status is now available under EAM invoice form settings for administrators. This allows you to edit the Bill status even if Edit refrigerant rates is set to No.
The setting defaults to the same value as Edit refrigerant rates.
