Apply warranty SLAs automatically

Automatically apply warranty SLAs to work orders for assets under warranty using Asset Category Under Warranty as the Criteria Value in the SLA rule builder. Update the SLA values, such as maximum response and resolution times, directly within the rule setup.
Batch review work order estimates

Approve or reject work order estimates in bulk for a streamlined review process. We added this functionality in WorkSpace on Quote and Estimates Awaiting Review and in the Mobile Dashboard on Estimates Awaiting Review.
