SFG20 Sharelinks

SFG20 is a third-party service that provides planned preventive maintenance schedules and task data. With SFG20 sharelinks, you can link to and import your SFG20 data to Maintain for easier management of PPM activities.

Navigate to Admin > PPM URLs > SFG20 sharelinks.

The smart table displays the following:

  • Sharelink

  • Name

  • Description

  • Last synced date

Create a new SFG20 sharelink

1. Select New

2. Fill in the details:

  • Sharelink

  • Name

  • Description

3. Select the Status between Active and Inactive.

4. Select Save.

Import from SFG20

To preview and import data from SFG20:

1. Select a Sharelink from SFG20 Sharelinks.

2. Select Import from SFG20.
