Capital Budget Types

Define capital budget types, which appears for selection when creating a new capital budget. Capital budget types categorize financial plans, offering a consistent framework to group similar budgets. These types simplify budget creation, ensuring consistency, and help align budgets with organizational priorities.

Create capital budget type

  1. On Admin > Capital Budget Type, click New.

  2. Complete:

    • Capital budget type: Enter a name to define the new type. For example, buildings, maintenance, fixed equipment, and so on.

  3. Click Save.
