Add Procedures to a Work Order

Procedures and procedure groups are used to identify specific instructions for the resource (technician) to follow when they complete or close a work order. For PM work orders, procedures make up the checklist to complete for the PM. You can add one or multiple procedures to a work order on the Work Order Edit screen.

You can reach the Work Order Edit screen by going to Work Orders > Edit and entering a valid Work Order Number, or by going to Work Orders > Query and searching for the work order.
