If the WO Number is in more than one segment, then the results grid should show all occurrences.

If the Requester comes from the Resource table and you select or type in a valid ResourceID, TMS pulls the full name (First Name and Last Name), Phone #, Pager #, Site, Building, Location, and Location Description from the Resource module.

If the Requester comes from the Requester table and you select or type in a valid requester, TMS pulls the Requester Name, Phone #, Pager #, Site, Building, Location, and Location Description and Account from the requester setup.

The lookup results for Asset Number check to make sure the Asset Status is not Retired or Inactive.  Lookup results for resources should not include resources with a Status of Retired or Inactive.

The lookup results for Resources (Assignments and Time Charges) check to make sure the Resource Status is not Retired or Inactive. If the Resource Status is Retired or Inactive, then the resource does not load in the results list.

Multiple tasks can be assigned to work orders.

If one part of the Site, Building, and Location field hierarchy is completed, then all three fields are required.

If an asset is selected for the work order, the Manufacturer, Model, and Serial Number of the asset shows on the Main tab of the work order.

The user can click a contact, click the button and add to assignments.

It is still possible to merge codes when permissions are set to Read Only access if you have full or administrative access to all code menu items.
