Vendor Master (TMS Enterprise) - Models Tab

The Models tab allows you assign model numbers to a specific vendor or manufacturer. This tab is only available if the option Show Vendor Model Numbers option is enabled (Setup > General > Options).

Add a Vendor Model Number

To add a vendor model number, follow these steps:

1. From the Modules menu, select > Vendors > Edit.

2. In the Vendor Number field, enter a valid vendor ID.

3. Click OK.

4. Select the Models tab.

5. In the Model Numbers grid, click the New button.

6. In the Model Number field, enter the model number to add.

7. In the Description field, enter a description of the model.

8. Fill in any of the non-required fields. See below for descriptions.

9. Click Save.

To delete a model number, click the Delete button next to the model to delete.

The Allow Deletes option must be enabled (Setup > General > Options) for you to be able to delete model numbers.
