Query for Utility Records

The Utility Query page allows you to enter criteria and perform a search which will return a record or list of records, if more than one record is found.

To search for a utility record, follow these steps:

  1. From the Modules menu, select Utilities > Query.
  2. Enter your desired search criteria.

  3. Click Execute.

    Your query returns all of the records that match your search criteria.

You can use Advanced Queries to enter values for items available in a drop-down menu, numerical range (for example, you can query on the billing days for a utility record), text field (the description of the utility), and date range. You can qualify your search further by querying on the same field using multiple search criteria.
