View the Utility's Cost to Date

The Calculated Costs section on the Main tab displays totals based on the information entered into the Consumption Costs fields.

The Billing Cost to Date field uses the Billing Cost to calculate the total cost of all utility records in the current segment with a specific utility type.

1. From the Modules menu, select Utilities > Query.

2. From the Type drop-down menu, select the type of utility for which you want to view the total billing cost.

3. Click Execute.

4. Select a utility record and open it on the Utility Edit page.

5. In the Calculated Costs section, find the Billing Cost to Date.
