View and Preview Reports for the Utilities Module

From the Utility Edit or Utility Query page, you can view a report or preview a report specific to the Utilities module.

1. Open a utility record in Utility Edit or use Utility Query to find a record or group of records.

2. Click the Open Reports button on the toolbar.

   The Report Definition Query Results page opens and lists all of the available reports for the Utilities module.

3. To view the report definition, double-click the report in the list.

   Your selected report opens in the Report Definition Edit page.

4. To preview a report, click the PDF button to the left of the report's name.
