Duplicate a Utility Record

There might be times when you need to copy a utility record. Using the Utility Duplicate Wizard, you can make a copy of one utility record without typing in the same information.

1. Use the Utility Edit or Utility Query feature to retrieve the utility record that you want to copy.

2. On the Utility Edit page, click the various tabs and review the information associated with your utility record.

3. Click the Utility Duplicate button on the toolbar.

   The Utility Duplicate Wizard opens.

4. Click Duplicate to duplicate the utility record.

When the duplication process is completed, you are returned to the Utility Edit page, with the duplicate utility record displayed. Any additional changes you want to make to the new record can be made here.
