Schedule Both (Calendar and Meter) based PMs
You can create a PM schedule that uses both a next due date and a meter value to determine when the PM should occur.
To create a PM based on both calendar and meter, follow these steps:
-
From the Schedules menus, select PE New.
-
From the Schedule drop-down menu, select Both (Calendar and Meter).
The Calendar and Meter areas appear on the right side of the page.
-
From the Next Due Date drop-down calendar, select the due date.
-
From the Frequency drop-down menu select a frequency.
-
Annual = one year ahead; you must specify a number of Years which must be a whole number
-
Bi-monthly = two months ahead
-
Bi-weekly = two weeks ahead
-
Days Interval = set number of days ahead; you must specify a number of Days which must be a whole number
-
Floating Date = on a particular day in a particular week (for example, the last Monday of each week); you must specify a particular Week and Day.
-
Four Months = four months ahead
-

-
Semi-Annual = six months ahead
-
Weekly = one week ahead
The Last Completed date is the last date the PM work order status was set to Completed, Canceled, or Closed and then saved.
If a PM work order was completed on 3/20/2014 and set to Completed - Changes Allowed, then on 6/1/2014 it is changed to Closed - No Changes Allowed, the Last Completed is updated to 6/1/2014. This is the work order status date and not the time charge or completion date.
The Last Generated Date is the previous due date of the PM. Once generated, TMS places the prior due date here.
