Print PM Work Orders

Once you have generated your PM work orders, you can print them out.

You must have generated PM work orders and have a default quick print report selected before you can print work orders.

Print Multiple PM Work Orders

To print multiple PM work orders, follow these steps:

  1. From the Work Orders menu, select Query.

  2. From the Type drop-down menu, select PM - Preventive Maintenance.

  3. From the Status drop-down menu, select Active.

  4. Define any other search criteria to locate the PM work order you want to print.

    In this example, you will locate PM work orders for this month.

  5. Click the Details tab.

  6. Next to the Date Created field, click the Advanced Query button.

    The Advanced Query window opens.

  7. From the Operator drop-down menu, select This Month.

  8. Click Add New Criteria.

  9. Click OK.

    In the Date Created field, AQ is displayed. The drop-down menu is now unavailable.

  10. Click Execute.

    The Work Order Query Results page appears.

  11. Click the Report Preview button to render your PM schedules as PDF in Adobe Reader.
  12. In Adobe Reader, click the Print button to send the PM schedules to the printer.

To send your work orders to Excel rather than PDF, click the Excel button. Once in Excel, click the Print button to send the PM work orders to the printer.

Print a Single PM Work Order

  1. Follow steps 1 - 10 above.

  2. On the Work Order Query Results page, double-click the PM work order you want to print.

    The work order opens in the Work Order Edit page.

  3. In the toolbar, click the Print button to launch the Report Preview.

  4. In Adobe Reader, click the Print button to send the PM schedule to the printer.
