Auto Print PDFs During Generation

With the Auto Print feature in Document Upload, you can set a PDF to automatically print when a schedule is generated into a work order. For example, if you used Document Upload to tie a PDF diagram to an asset record for a Trane-brand air conditioner, the next time the asset's PM schedule is generated, the PDF diagram is also generated.

Automatic printing of uploaded PDFs through schedule generation can be applied to any PM, PE, or inspection schedule, asset, or procedure record.
