Search for Inspections (Inspections Query)

You can search for inspections on the Inspection Query page. This page allows you to enter multiple criteria to perform your search and returns a list of records that match if more than one is found.

To perform an inspection schedule query, follow these steps:

  1. From the Schedules menu, select Inspection Query.

    The Inspection Query page opens.

  2. Enter your search criteria.

You can click the Advanced Query button (the magnifying glass to the right of a field) to access the advanced query options for each criterion. You can set the following values:

    • Condition - Select either And or Or to describe how your queries will work together. For the first advanced query, only And is available.

    • Operator - Select how you would like your search results to relate to the value.

    • Value - The search criteria.

Once you have specified your advanced query, click OK to return to the Inspection Query page.

  3. Click Execute.

A list of inspection schedules that match the criteria you enter appears. You can drag the column headings to sort list or resize the columns. Double-clicking an inspection schedule opens it on the Edit Inspection page. Clicking the Arrow buttons in the toolbar moves you between separate inspection schedules.
