Schedule Rollback

After schedules are generated, there might be a need to remove the active schedule work orders from the system and rollback the schedule due date to the previous date. The schedules might have been accidentally generated and, if the rollback is not performed, the due dates will not be correct

The Schedule Rollback Wizard allows you to remove these unwanted work orders with no transaction history. The Schedule Rollback Wizard can be accessed by selecting Tools > Data Maintenance > Schedules > Schedule Rollback.

If the active schedule work orders have had work reported on them, such as time charges, the schedule rollback will not remove those work orders from the system. Schedules that contain history cannot be deleted.
