Schedule Rollback

• Schedule Rollback can be run based on a range of dates or Schedule Generation sessions.

• The next due date will only be reverted if no subsequent generations of the schedule have occurred.

• If multiple work orders are generated in a single session of schedule generation, all are removed and the next due date for each schedule is set.

• When the session method is used, the next due date is determined by looking at the OriginalNextDueDate field in tblWOPM for the work order in question.

• When the date range method is used, the next due date on the schedule is set to the Date Available field on the work order.

Work Order Delete

The following types of work orders cannot be deleted:

• Work orders with time charges

• Work orders with material issues

• Work orders with purchase orders

• Work orders with blanket orders

• Work orders with material receipts

• Work orders containing completed surveys

• Work orders with a status of completed or closed
