Search for Resources (Resource Query)
The Resource Query page allows you to enter search for existing resources returning a list of records that match the specified criteria. To perform a resource query, follow these steps:

From the Modules menu, select Resources > Query.

Enter your search criteria.
You can click the Advanced Query button to enter values for items available in a drop-down menu, numerical range, text field, and date range. You can qualify your search further by querying on the same field using multiple search criteria.

Click Execute.
A list of resources that match the criteria you entered appears.
