Resource (TMS Enterprise) – Details Tab
The Details tab has four areas: User Defined,Personal, Address, and Notes.
User Defined
The Resource module has 10 user defined fields, which are linked by the resource type. Each Type can have its own set of fields. For example, if you want to track the locker numbers for all regular employees, you could assign Locker Number for the first resource user defined field for the resource Type of Regular.
The field labels can be customized on the Form Properties page. See the TMS OnLine/OnSite System Administrator Guide for more information on customizing field labels.
Examples of internal labels are Radio Number, Badge Number, Employee ID, College Level, Hzrd Training, and Birthday. Examples of external labels would be Contract PO, Date Signed, Cont. Scope, and Rehire Status.
Address
Use these optional fields to store the address of your resource. For external resources, this is the mailing address or closest branch office of the external resource.
Personal
Use these optional fields to store the off-hours contact phone number for your resource. For external resources, this can be used to record the name of the contact at the vendor or contractor, their direct phone, and after-hours phone number. There are also fields for the resource's emergency contact and the emergency contact's phone number.
Notes
Use this text field to store any additional information that is pertinent to your resource. You can enter any notes relating to performance for the resource, whether they would be considered for re-hire, disposition of complaints, or issues surrounding timely responses for external resources.
