Before you use the most recent version of TMS, we recommend that you clear your cache.

For example, in Microsoft Windows:

  1. Close all open instances of IE and EDGE.

  2. Select Windows Start.

  3. Enter Run then select Run.

  4. Enter %temp%\..\apps

  5. Click OK.

  6. Delete the 2.0 File in the window that opens

  7. Sign into TMS as usual.

Ideas

We invite you to submit your product enhancement requests on the TMS Ideas page. Ideas you post can be viewed by both Accruent employees and other TMS customers. On the Ideas page you can:

  • Vote for or against an idea

  • Add and respond to comments

  • View the status of an idea

Your ideas help us understand what is important to our customers. Our Product Management team actively monitors the Ideas page and updates it when required. Contact Accruent Support if you have questions about the Ideas page.

TMS Core

You now find a direct link to the specific Work Order in your SMS updates, placed immediately after the change details and before the opt-out disclaimer. This enhancement allows you to quickly access the Work Order in Accruent TMS on your device. The link is environment-specific, ensuring it directs you to the correct environment from which the SMS is generated.

  • Tap the link to open the Work Order’s Detail View in Accruent TMS.

  • If the work order is missing or you lack authorization, an error message appears or you are redirected appropriately.

TMS Core

Push notifications now function fully after resolving logging issues that caused intermittent disruptions. We addressed a service crash related to Apple's recent security updates, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

Request Portal

The Request Portal now correctly handles invalid email formats by displaying a pop-up error message immediately upon exiting the Email field. When you enter an incorrectly formatted email address, the system validates it and provides immediate feedback with a clear error message, ensuring a consistent and informative experience across all attempts.

Due Dates

If you clear the Set Completion Date option, the Completion Date remains unchanged when a work order status changes to CLOSE or CMPLT. This ensures your settings accurately control when the Completion Date updates.
