Reports

The Asset Detail Report now accurately displays work order details in its sub-report. Depending on the data present, the Action Code's Description, Completion Comments, both, or No Actions Recorded displays. Multi-line completion comments wrap correctly, providing clear and complete reporting.

Reports

You can now import Data Sources and Standard Reports using Tools > Data Maintenance > Report Import. This update resolves previous failures by creating new records, allowing imported reports function correctly within TMS.

TMS Core

When you use the Asset Transfer Wizard, it now clears fields with codes that aren't available in the new segment. This ensures your assets only retain valid codes for their current segment, preventing issues with unavailable codes after a transfer.

Assets

Quick Convert now correctly imports your SubTask/SubProcedure records with the appropriate data in the SubTaskTypeCode column. The import process applies the correct type by using the specified SubTaskTypeCode from your data file. This update prevents the erroneous assignment of IDSubTaskType = 1 (Auto Sequence) unless you specify it, ensuring your data appears correctly in the TMS application.

Procedures

When you create Data Reading and Choice List Sub Procedures, the system imports records with valid data types successfully and rejects those with invalid data types. The system logs a clear message indicating how many records were imported, providing accurate data entry and validation.

Work Orders

When you disable a Completion Comment code in a common segment, it no longer appears in segments below it. This update guarantees that once you disable a Completion Comment code, it is not available in subordinate segments, maintaining accurate and expected access control.

Work Order

You can now upload documents as attachments to work orders using the DocumentUploadWS.asmx SaveFile operation. This update ensures that with full access to the work orders module and Setup > Work Orders > Document Upload, you can perform uploads consistently across materials, assets, and work orders without encountering permission errors.

Quick Convert

Quick Convert now processes Sub Procedures with multi-line instructions correctly, even if they contain blank lines. This allows the system imports your instructions accurately without errors.

Quick Convert

You can now import choices and ranges for ChoiceList and Ranged Data Reading Sub Procedures using Quick Convert. This update resolves previous import failures, ensuring that values match and validate correctly within TMS.

Resources

When you perform assignment allocation for PM Schedules and click Add to Grid without selecting the required fields, TMS now displays an error message prompting you to provide the necessary information. This update prevents the system from freezing.

Asset Transfer

You can now transfer assets with Meter Type and Meter Reading to a corporate segment with a new name.

Data Sources

In this release, Data Sources require you to click RUN to display results. Apply Filter currently does not update results, regardless of prior RUN button use.

What to do:

1. Open a Data Source and go to the Data Source Editor. Click RUN.

2. Add or modify filters. Click Apply Filter.

Note that this does not update results yet.
