Data Sources

View type data sources now load records only after you select Run. This prevents automatic loading of the entire results set, and data loads only when you choose to run it.

Due to this change, if you update the filters on a data source, you must use the Run button to update the results instead of Apply Filter.

Code Find and Replace

Merge asset sub-category codes with risk defaults using Code Find and Replace.

1. Access Tools > Data Maintenance > Code Find and Replace.

2. Replace one Asset Sub Category Code with another, even if both have the same Risk Strategy.

All asset records and risk numbers update correctly, and the system removes or updates the original sub-category code.

Schedule

When you set default procedures for an individual data segment based on a Skill or Type Code that resides in a shared or common segment, the default procedure does not apply if you create a work order in a different segment, even if you have access to the Skill or Type Code.

Data Sources

Reflect joined tables without having to save each join.

1. Create or edit a Non-View type data source.

2. In Advanced, add joins. The entries display in My Joined Tables.

Work Order

TMS now allows you to correctly copy the requester information.

1. In Setup > Work Orders > Options, set WO Requester Source to Resources.

2. Navigate between work orders with different non-resource requesters.

The second work order now correctly displays its own requester.

Schedule

When you roll back a schedule with a completed work order and a current active work order, the Waiting for Completion flag is set to 0 in tblPMTemplates to ensure you can generate new work orders from the schedule later.
