New Test Equipment Asset Type Code
TMSPROV-15095
A new system standard Asset Type Code (sTST - Test Equipment) is available for easy tracking of Test Assets in maintenance. The code value is fixed. You cannot delete it from the System segment, but you can modify the description and visibility. We added a Work Order grid for Test Assets assignment and enhanced the WO Detail report for asset display. The Test Equipment code is now integrated into Asset creation, editing, and query processes for uniformity across TMS.
Test Equipment Tracking on Work Order Reports
TMSPROV-15156
The WO Detail report in TMS now includes a Test Equipment section that shows details of Test Assets linked to Work Orders with the Asset Number and Manufacturer details. This section sorts by sequence and displays only when relevant, aiding in maintenance tracking.
Enhanced Data Source Design Experience
TMSPROV-16427
When creating and editing Data Sources you can select a record count limit for design previews. You can select 100, 500, 1000, or all records. This is available to all Data Source types and persists during the editing session. This streamlines design and enhances performance without affecting Dashboard operations.
Dashboard Data Grid Widget Record Limit
TMSPROV-16428
Data Grid widgets within Dashboards now include a record count limit to enhance performance. You can now select display limits of 100, 500, 1000, or all records. Settings are saved per widget with no impact on the original Data Source.
Work Order Completion Date Logic Update
TMSPROV-17561
We've refined the logic that sets the Completion Date on Work Orders so that when the status indicates completion, the system now auto-fills the date based on manual entry, the latest Time Charge Date, or the current date. This ensures consistent application and accuracy across all Work Order types.
New Status Field for Vendor Models
TMSPROV-18261
You can use the new Status field for Vendor Models to mark models as active or inactive. This streamlines new Asset creation and Default Schedules, and enhances reporting with StatusCode and StatusDescription fields you can filter.
Enhanced Visibility Controls for Vendor Model Statuses
TMSPROV-18276
You can filter Vendor Models by Status Code using the new visibility controls in the Models grid of the Vendors module. The default view displays active models and you can opt to view all models.
Procedure Estimated Hours Update for Schedules
TMSPROV-18295
Storage of Estimated Hours for procedures is now at the Schedule level to prevent changes to the master Procedure record and ensure accurate time estimates across different assets.
Test Equipment Grid Enhancements for Work Orders
TMSPROV-18341
We've enhanced Test Equipment grid of the Work Order module, so that you can now enter data directly and query the grid based on Test Assets. You can now easily add, delete, reorder, and search for Test Equipment, to help your organization improve management and compliance.
Procedure Estimated Hours Storage Update for Schedules
TMSPROV-18412
You can now save changes at the Schedule level using the updated Procedure Estimated Hours storage. The Estimated Time for Procedures on PM, PE, or Inspection Schedules is now recorded in the PMEstHrs field to ensure accurate Work Orders.
Unified Asset and Test Equipment Grid
TMSPROV-18345, TMSPROV-18376, TMSPROV-18600
Multi-Asset and Test Equipment grids now display comprehensive details including:
-
Status
-
Manufacturer Name
-
Model Number
-
Serial Number
Enhancements across Work Orders and Schedules are unified to facilitate improved asset identification and tracking while editing Work Orders. This aids the effective management of PM and Inspection Schedules and helps your organization achieve consistency and compliance.
Asset Mass Edit tool
TMSPROV-18586
The Asset Mass Edit tool now includes a section listing the assets that cannot be updated during the process. When bulk editing records, this clarifies the records that will be unchanged and provides a reason.
Sub Procedures Readings 'Out of Range'
TMSPROV-19628
To ensure precise reporting from tblWOTaskReadings, we've refined the process for identifying 'out of range' values in Range-type Sub Procedures. The fnTMS_getRangeID function now correctly identifies IDSubTaskRange for 'out of range' readings.
Schedule Mass Edit Tool Update for Procedure Estimated Hours
TMSPROV-20453
In the Schedule Mass Edit tool you can now set and save Estimated Hours for Procedures at the Schedule level. The changes are recorded in tblPMTasks and affect only new Work Orders. Historical data and core Procedure records are preserved. This applies to PM, PE, and Inspection Schedules.
Data Sources Module Custom User Fields
TMSPROV-7377
The Data Sources module now displays Custom User Fields for all linked modules and tables. This ensures full data availability for reporting and analysis when creating or editing Data Sources.
