Procedure Merge Business Rules

The following business rules apply to Procedure Merge:

• Only procedures of the same type can be merged.

• The “To” procedure must be in the same segment as the “From” procedure, or a segment level above it in the segment tree.

• You must have access to all the segments involved in the merge operation.

• Procedures that have sub procedures that are tied to work orders and have data readings saved to them cannot be merged.

• If the "To" and "From" procedures each have the same sub tasks tied to them, the merge cannot be completed.
