Use the Procedure Delete Wizard

The Procedure Delete Wizard allows you to search for a list of procedures and delete them. Procedures with any history, including procedures with materials or sub procedures, cannot be deleted.

To use the Procedure Delete Wizard, follow these steps:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Data Maintenance > Procedures > Procedure Delete.

    The Procedure Delete Wizard opens.

  2. Click Next.

    The Procedure – Query page opens.

  3. Enter criteria to search for the procedures you want to delete.

  4. Click Execute.

    A list of all the procedures that match the specified criteria appears.

  5. Select the check box preceding each procedure you want to delete.

  6. Click Next.

    The Delete Procedures dialog box opens displaying a list of all the procedures that will be deleted.

  7. Click Delete.

    The dialog box updates indicating that the procedures were deleted.

  8. Click Close to exit the Procedure Delete Wizard or click Start Again to delete additional procedures.
