Install the TMS Print Services Client

Steps for installing TMS Printing Services differ slightly, depending on whether you are a TMS OnSite user or TMS OnLine user. See the section related to your TMS application.

For TMS OnSite

To install the TMS Printing Services software for TMS OnSite, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to where TMS OnSite was installed.

  2. In the TMS OnSite folder, double-click the Additional Components sub-folder.

  3. Double-click the PrintingServicesSetup.exe file. 

    The welcome screen opens. Click Next.

  4. In the Setup Type screen, select Complete or Custom.

    A Complete installation will automatically install all components of TMS OnLine Printing Services, while a Custom installation allows you to choose which components you want and don’t want to install.

    For this example, choose a Complete install.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Click Install to begin the installation process.

    When the installation is complete, the InstallShield Wizard Completed screen opens.

  7. Click Finish.

For TMS OnLine

To install the TMS Printing Services software for TMS OnLine, follow these steps.

  1. Browse to the location of the Zip file you downloaded in the previous topic, which contains the TMS OnLine Printing Services setup files.

  2. Double-click the Zip file and then double-click the .exe setup file. 

    The Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard screen opens.

  3. Click Next.

  4. In the Setup Type screen, select Complete or Custom.

    A Complete installation will automatically install all components of TMS OnLine Printing Services, while a Custom installation allows you to choose which components you want and don’t want to install.

    For the purposes of this guide, we will choose a Complete install.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Click Install to begin the installation process.

  7. When the installation is complete, click Finish.
