About the Help Menu

When you select the Help menu in the TMS menu bar, the following items appear:

• Help Center - This item opens the TMS help topics

• FRSoft.com - Clicking this item opens the TMS home page

• Send Support Profile - This item sends information about your organization's setup of TMS to Technical Support. This can aid Technical Support in diagnosing performance issues or other technical issues you are having in TMS

• About - This item displays information about your version of TMS, such as the version number and database name

Many of the menu items listed above require you to have a Customer Care Center (CCC) login username and password, and to enter this login information before the guide or page is displayed. If you do not have a CCC login, contact TMS Technical Support ([email protected]).
