Printer Group Setup

TMS Printing Services is the first part of configuring TMS AutoPrint.  TMS Printing Services is part of the TMS Administrator installation and is not for the day-to-day user of the TMS application.  After you install and perform the initial configuration of Printing Services, to create a printer group in the TMS application, follow these steps.  Keep in mind that most printer groups are created at the same time you install Printing Services.

  1. From the Setup menu, go to General > Printer Group Setup.
  2. From the Segment drop-down menu, select the appropriate segment.
  3. Click New Printer Group.
  4. In the New Printer Group pop-up window, type in a Title for your new printer group.
  5. Click OK.

  6. Click the Edit Printer Group button.  You can see the list of printers from your initial set up of Printing Services.  These printers make up your new printer group.
