Printer Group Setup
TMS Printing Services is the first part of configuring TMS AutoPrint. TMS Printing Services is part of the TMS Administrator installation and is not for the day-to-day user of the TMS application. After you install and perform the initial configuration of Printing Services, to create a printer group in the TMS application, follow these steps. Keep in mind that most printer groups are created at the same time you install Printing Services.
- From the Setup menu, go to General > Printer Group Setup.
- From the Segment drop-down menu, select the appropriate segment.
- Click New Printer Group.
- In the New Printer Group pop-up window, type in a Title for your new printer group.

Click OK.
- Click the Edit Printer Group button. You can see the list of printers from your initial set up of Printing Services. These printers make up your new printer group.
