Report Definition Edit
Once you have saved a new data source record, two new tabs will appear: Report Layout and Security.
Report Layout tab
This tab contains a layout editor that presents a "print layout" view of the report that shows how it will look when it is printed or viewed in PDF form. This tab allows you to rearrange fields, format how the data is sorted, the font used, page orientation, and more.

Build a New Report Definition
Now that we have described the tabs, fields, and areas available on the Report Definition standard form, we'll show you how to put them into action while creating a new report definition. Before we get right into the procedures for building a report definition, we review the Report Layout Editor so that you are familiar with the tools available to you.
