Email Report Form - Main Tab
To aid you with creating new Email Reports, we've included a standard form with TMS, called Report. Below, we describe the fields available on the Main tab of the Report form, and in the next topic, we describe the fields available on the additional tabs that appear when an Email Report is opened in Email Report Edit.

Name |
This is the name of the Email Report. |
Description |
This is a short description of the Email Report. |
Classification field group
Segment |
This is the TMS database segment in which the report resides. |
Setup > General > Segmentation >Setup |
Category |
This is the first level of classification for this report. By default, all Email Reports are of a General category, but you can define additional categories for your reports. |

Sub Category |
This is the second level of classification for this report. By default, all Email Reports are of a General category. You can define additional sub categories as well as categories for your reports. |

Status |
This is the current status of the report. An Email Report can only be Active or Obsolete. |
