Data Sources

If a saved query is selected, the criteria will be pre-populated in the Filter drop zone of the Data Source Editor tab.

If user changes the filter criteria on the Data Source Editor tab, then the saved query will be deselected, but the filter criteria will remain intact. The saved query will be unaffected by changes to the filter criteria on the data source.

In order to manage multiple asset items, the vtblPMTemplate view displays an IDAsset if the PM schedule has only one asset assigned. For multiple asset PM schedules or asset group PM schedules, this value will be null.

Report Definitions

The following will be required fields for a report definition: Segment, Name, Description, Type, and Status.

If Type is Standard, Data Source will be required.
