Reports with Graphs

Using the C1ReportDesigner you can add charts and graphs to your Designer Reports in TMS.  We've also included several sample reports with graphs included.  First, let's take a look at the sample reports with graphs that are included in the FRSOFTDB sample database.  Click the links below to see what each of these reports looks like in Report Preview window.

Reports with graphs are all Designer Reports.  For more information about Designer Reports, read the Designer Report help topic.

The list below contains standard TMS Reports with graphs.  To view these standard reports in TMS, follow these steps.

  1. Reporting > Report Query.
  2. Select the Shared Segment.
  3. Type in the name of the report below into the Name field.
  4. Click Run Query.

Monthly PM Forecast Report

This report provides a listing of all PM and PE records that are due within the next 12 months.

PM Percent Completion Report

This report shows the Completion Percentage for PM Work Orders for a given date range grouped by Status Codes. It uses Date Available for report inclusion.

Weekly WO Totals by Skill

This report contains a list of WO Counts and Total Hours and Cost by Account for work orders created within the last 7 days.

WO Totals by Type

This report shows a list of Work Order Totals including Total Hours, Total Time Cost, Total Material Cost, and Total Work Order Cost by Type for all work orders in a date range.

Work Order Totals by Account

This report shows a list of Work Order Totals including Total Hours, Total Time Cost, Total Material Cost, and Total Work Order Cost by Account for all work orders in a date range.

How to add a chart to your report

If you are using a full version of TMS and you want to add a chart or a graph to a report, the C1ReportDesigner help file provides you with a tutorial to walk you through the creation of a report with an embedded chart.

  1. Launch the C1ReportDesigner by clicking Start > Programs > TMS > TMS Report Designer.
  2. From the Help menu, click Contents.
  3. Expand the Using Reports for .NET topic, then expand Adding Charts to C1Reports.
