Form Manager Business Rules

• No users can have Modify permissions for standard TMS forms.

• All users require Use permission on a form to edit the form’s permission settings.

• When a system form has any permissions set explicitly, the FormSecurity object in the BLL will check the passed permissions DataTable to ensure that the System Users group has Use permissions set. If not, or if the Use permission is disabled, this permission is added to the table (or changed to Allow) immediately before saving.
