Click the Lookup button ( … ) next to the Specify the location to store files uploaded using Document Upload field.
It is very important to enter the same document upload path each time you upgrade, so you can access your previously uploaded documents.
The Browse For Folder window opens.
-
Select the folder for Document Upload and click OK.
This should be a shared folder on the local server, for example, c:\documentupload. You have the option to store your files in another location and access them by mapping a drive or setting up a file share. The name of the file share or UNC (Universal Naming Convention) for our example is \\server\documentupload.
Note:Specific security permissions must have been enabled for the folder, drive, or file share you are using. Follow the instructions about these permissions in the A Note About Permissions section if you have not already enabled these settings.
If this field is left blank for any reason, TMS will automatically store uploaded files to this location:
The Application Data folder is a hidden folder. To see this folder and gain access to the FRSoft Document Upload folder it contains, navigate to C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/, select Tools > Folder Options > View tab, and click the option button for the Show hidden files and folders option, under the Hidden files and folders section of the Advanced settings list.
-
In the Maximum Document Upload Size field, enter a value to specify a maximum size for documents uploaded via Document Upload.
The default is 50MB.
